During these strange times, the team at Elliot Scott Group have bonded more than ever. We all thought we knew each other, but by being forced apart due to lockdown, we have come closer.

Jenica, is our team Resourcer and Administrator. She is a key component to our team and has become a household name within the Crawley temp market.

1.    How long have you worked at Elliot Scott Group?

1 year, I started in June 2019.

2.    What would be your perfect 3 course meal?

Skip the starter. Pizza and chocolate cake are perfect for me. I'm not too fussy

3.    Favourite Sports team?

That’s a tricky question, lol. Not quite a sports fan

4.    What sector(s) do you recruit for?

Aviation, Facilities, Construction, and help with others

5.    What made you want to get into recruitment?

I always wanted to help others and I think finding jobs for people helps me achieve a small part of my target

6.    Best piece of advice you’ve received? ‍

Treat others as you want to be treated / Don’t let others tell you that you can’t do something

Joker  

8.    If you could go back in time for a day, what aged would you go back to?  

I would not want to go back in time, I want to live the present.

Jenica is a key part of our team and loves to help job seekers and people. Jenica is also an Authorised Signatory at Gatwick Airport and assists with the referencing process with our Personnel Referencing Solutions team.
