This week’s Meet the team entry is our Aviation Divisional Manager; Beata Rosinska. Having been a key part to a competitor’s team, we were very keen to bring Beata over to Elliot Scott to drive our Aviation division forward. We previously contacted her in 2017 to join, but she laughed us away and we had to wait a further 2 years until she saw the light and joined.

Beata has been an amazing addition to the ES family and has smashed all consultant records with her delivery on our key Aviation accounts. An eccentric character and someone who brings a lot of joy to the office, especially after she’s had her 10th coffee of the day.

Get to know the team  

1.      How long have you worked at Elliot Scott Group?  

- 15 months, I joined at the end of April 2019.

 2.      What would be your perfect 3 course meal?  

- Apparently I eat like a little bird, so I would only need a 2 course meal. Meat dumplings and cheesecake  

3.      Favourite Sports team?  

- I know nothing about sports 

4.      What sector(s) do you recruit for?  

- Aviation 

5.      What made you want to get into recruitment?  

- When I moved to the UK it was quite difficult for foreigners to find good job within the Crawley area, mostly due to language barrier. I saw this as an opportunity to help other foreigners. I also wanted to learn about Aviation and its compliance as I found it very interesting.

6.      Best piece of advice you’ve received?  

- No matter what obstacles you meet on your way, you just need to keep going  

7.      Favourite film?  

- The Shawshank Redemption 

8.      If you could go back in time for a day, what aged would you go back to?   

- 30. Already grown up, but still crazy enough
