We’re seeking a Segment Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies for trade customers, including flooring contractors, installers, and wholesalers. This is your chance to drive initiatives, manage product portfolios, and foster relationships in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Segment Strategy and Planning: Develop marketing strategies tailored to trade audiences, setting sales targets and KPIs that align with business goals.
- Product Management: Oversee the Cushioned Vinyl Products portfolio, support product launches, and gather feedback for ongoing improvements.
- Programme Management: Lead the Rewards Programme and Priority Partner Programme, ensuring engagement through training, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels, maintaining consistency in brand messaging.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the organisation at trade shows and events, building relationships with stakeholders and gathering valuable market insights.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used effectively to deliver maximum ROI.
What you’ll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced qualifications are a plus).
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the flooring or built environment industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and build strong industry relationships.
