We’re looking for a Segment Marketing Manager to drive innovative product and marketing strategies in the housing sector. With a focus on residential developments, social housing, and student accommodation, this role will shape brand positioning and fuel growth in a dynamic market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Segment Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to specific housing sectors, ensuring alignment with sales targets and KPIs.
- Product Management: Conduct market research to guide product development, collaborate with European teams, and manage product launches to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to create impactful tools, campaigns, and training programmes to boost segment performance.
- Industry Engagement: Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and represent the organisation at events and trade shows, driving brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and maximised ROI
What you’ll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced qualifications are a plus).
- Proven experience in product management and marketing, ideally within the housing or related industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- A track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering on KPIs.
