What you’ll be doing:
- Managing referral bookings across multiple locations using advanced tech and telephony platforms.
- Maximising daily scans while reducing DNAs and unanswered calls.
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver outstanding results.
- Evolving processes, systems, and workflows to meet operational and NHS Trust requirements.
- Monitoring and improving KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analysing data and trends to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing a high-performing contact or sales centre.
- A commercial mindset with experience in setting, monitoring, and achieving KPIs.
- Knowledge of medical environments (an advantage).
- Demonstrable leadership skills with a track record of motivating large teams.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
- Experience using technology platforms to drive efficiency in customer or patient bookings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
