Elliot Scott Group are looking for a Helpdesk Operators on behalf of our Facilities Management client, to support their operations at Gatwick Airport.
£12.50ph
Hours are 05:00-13:30 and 13:30-22:00 with 4 on 2 ff shift pattern
Main Job Purpose is to assist with the queries from clients and communicating it with management on site to resolve issues as well as helping with general administrative tasks when required.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems
- Proficient level of spoken and written English
- Able to work shift patterns
- Previous office based, customer service or call centre experience would be an advantage
This is temporary ongoing, long term role with possibility to become permanent
