Elliot Scott Group, an industry leading recruitment business in the South has expanded into a brand new office in Slough due to a period of sustained growth and we are on the hunt for experienced recruitment consultants to build on our new team.

ESG was established in 2015 in a home office and has grown year on year since. We currently specialise in permanent and temporary roles in aviation, construction, industrial and facility sectors, and are planning to diversify into others. The recruitment industry is demanding and highly competitive but extremely rewarding, therefore we are looking for people with the following attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years previous experience
• Ambitious and motivated to succeed.
• A competitive attitude and able to work within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills
• Well presented, punctual and articulate
• Confident telephone manner

Your key responsibilities:

• Interacting with candidates over the phone and face to face meetings
• Selling a range of jobs to candidates & managing their entire process.
• Carefully working through sourcing lists and recording/analysing results.
• Utilising and updating the in-house CRM system in line with company process.
• Generating interest and pools of candidates within chosen sector with a mixture of sourcing techniques.
• Provide leads (TSI) and market rates to delivery team.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring or KPI’s /results
