Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of incoming calls from clients.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments
- - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
The post holder will:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.45-£11.05 per hour
