This role involves providing expert mortgage advice, assisting clients in securing the best mortgage products, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You'll also build and maintain client relationships, liaise with lenders,and stay informed about market trends and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized mortgage advice to clients based on their financial circumstances.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process from initial consultation to completion.
- Liaise with lenders and financial institutions to secure mortgage approvals.
- Ensure all processes and documentation comply with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest mortgage products, interest rates, and market conditions.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, providing ongoing advice and support.
About You:
- Experience: 2 years in mortgage advisory, financial services, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Attitude: Professional, client-focused, with a proactive and diligent approach to work.
- Education: CeMAP qualification or equivalent preferred.
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
- One Saturday per month: 9:00am – 4:00pm
