This role involves providing expert advice on mortgage products, assisting clients in finding the best mortgage deals, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
You'll also liaise with lenders, manage client relationships, and keep up-to-date with the latest mortgage products and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored mortgage advice based on individual client needs.
- Assist clients with the mortgage application process from start to finish.
- Liaise with lenders and financial institutions to secure mortgage approvals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and application progress.
- Stay informed about the latest mortgage products, interest rates, and market conditions.
- Manage client relationships, offering ongoing support and advice.
About You:
- Experience: 1 year in mortgage advisory, financial services, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Attitude: Professional, client-focused, with a proactive and diligent work ethic.
- Education: CeMAP qualification or equivalent preferred.
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm or 10:00am – 6:30pm
- One Saturday per month: 9:00am – 1:00pm
