Insurance Advisor

Join our client's insurance advisory team in a full-time, permanent position based in Lymm, near Warrington.

Job Details

This role involves providing expert advice on a range of insurance products, assisting clients in selecting the right policies, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You'll also manage client relationships, handle policy renewals, and stay informed about the latest insurance products and industry developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored     insurance advice based on individual client needs.
  • Assist clients with the     insurance application process from start to finish.
  • Handle policy renewals     and adjustments, ensuring clients are informed of any changes.
  • Ensure compliance with     insurance regulations and internal policies.
  • Keep accurate records of     client interactions, policies, and application progress.
  • Stay updated on the     latest insurance products, coverage options, and market trends.
  • Manage client     relationships, offering ongoing support and advice.

About You:

  • Experience: 2 years     in insurance advisory, financial services, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong     communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attitude: Professional,     client-focused, with a positive and detail-oriented work ethic.
  • Education: GCSE or     equivalent preferred; insurance qualifications beneficial.

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 9:00am -     5:30pm or 10:00am – 6:00pm
