You'll also manage client relationships, handle policy renewals, and stay informed about the latest insurance products and industry developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored insurance advice based on individual client needs.
- Assist clients with the insurance application process from start to finish.
- Handle policy renewals and adjustments, ensuring clients are informed of any changes.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, policies, and application progress.
- Stay updated on the latest insurance products, coverage options, and market trends.
- Manage client relationships, offering ongoing support and advice.
About You:
- Experience: 2 years in insurance advisory, financial services, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Attitude: Professional, client-focused, with a positive and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Education: GCSE or equivalent preferred; insurance qualifications beneficial.
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm or 10:00am – 6:00pm
